Privacy policy

When you create an account, RaidMarket processes authentication identifiers, email and profile information required for sign-in and the user area.

Orders store data needed for the transaction, including buyer, selected account, amount, assigned seller, status and receipt. New receipts are kept in private storage and are accessible only to authorised order participants.

Credentials intended for delivery are protected in an encrypted vault. Reveal is limited to the buyer after order approval and authorised administrative actions, with audit logging.

The site may record navigation events such as account and champion views, searches and favourites to measure usage and improve recommendations. Anonymous visitors receive a local browser identifier; we do not sell this data to advertisers.

RaidMarket uses role- and order-based access controls. Transactional data may be retained while needed for history, security, fraud prevention and applicable obligations.

Requests for access, correction or deletion should be made through the official support channels displayed in RaidMarket. Some data may need to be retained when tied to transactions or security.
