Order in progress
If you already created an order, use the purchase page first. It shows status, receipt, chat when available and access credentials after approval.
Open My accountReceipt under review
The assigned seller reviews the receipt. If an order remains under review for more than 72 hours, it is escalated to the owner without changing seller, Pix or order amount.
Account unavailable
If an account becomes unavailable before receipt submission, do not pay. Return to the marketplace and choose another offer.
